城镇化--遏止贵州石漠化扩张的新思路

20世纪80年代以后,贵州农村生态环境日益恶化,对人类赖以生存与发展的环境构成极其不利的影响。贵州农村生态环境恶化的主要表现形式之一是石漠化的日益扩张。而农村人口比重过大且日益膨胀是引起石漠化扩张的主要原因之一。石漠化的遏止与生态环境的改善,在相当程度上有赖于农村人口的大幅度减少,而通过农村人口迁移而实现的城镇化,可有效减轻因农村人口膨胀所造成的生态环境压力,为生态环境的治理与恢复奠定坚实的基础。

Since the 1980's, the rural ecological environment of Guizhou has worsened day by day, and it badly affects the environment that mankind depends on for existence and development.One of the main forms of expression of rural environmental deterioration in Guizhou is the daily rocky desertification. One of the main reasons for rocky desertification is that the rural population of Guizhou is too big and it increases daily. rocky desertification and the ecological environment improvement largely depends on considerably reducing the rural population. Urbanization through rural population migration can effectively lighten the pressure on the ecological environment caused by rural population expansion, and will establish a solid foundation for the administration and recovery of the ecological environment.
