复方甘草酸苷治疗妊娠期病毒性肝炎的疗效观察

目的观察复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗妊娠期病毒性肝炎患者的疗效。方法选择妊娠期病毒性肝炎患者58例,随机分为治疗组(31例),和对照组(27例)。治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上行复方甘草酸苷注射液80ml加入5%葡萄糖注射液250ml中静滴,1次/天,30天为1疗程;对照组单纯用常规药物治疗,疗程相同。观察治疗前后的症状及肝功能的变化。结果治疗组1个月及2个月后肝功能三项指标的复常率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后三项指标的水平治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷治疗妊娠期病毒性肝炎疗效显著可靠,安全性高,值得临床推荐应用。

Effect of strong Neo-Minophagen C on pregnant patients with viral hepatitis

ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic effect of strong neo-minophagen C (SNMC) on pregnant women with viral hepatitis. Methods58 pregnant patients with viral hepatitis were divided into two groups: the treatment group (n=31) and the control group (n=27). The treatment group received SUMC injection 80ml daily besides routine drugs,30 days for one course of treatment; The control group only received routine drugs for 30 days. The changes of symptoms and liver function were observed. ResultsThe total effective rate was 70.9% and 83.9% after one course and two courses of treatment respectively in the treatment group; which in the control group were 51.9% and 70.3% respectively. The normal level rates of 3 indexes of liver function were significant higher in the treatment group than those in the control group after 1 and 2 months of treatment. The levels of 3 indexes of liver function were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group. ConclusionSNMC is safe and has significant effect on pregnant patients with viral hepatitis.
