| 摘 要： | 利用白腐真菌降解环境中的石油类污染物,是当前应用前景最好的石油污染物处理方法,多种因素同时制约着石油类污染物的生物降解.为了研究白腐真菌在水溶液中降解石油的影响因素,通过单因素实验,分析了温度、pH、石油的浓度、白腐真菌接种量、摇床转速等因素对白腐真菌在水溶液中降解石油的影响作用.

| Abstract: | At present,white-rot fungi is the most promising way to treat oil pollutionin.Many factors govern the process of bioremediation.The authors designed an experiment on effective factors of oil-degradation by white-rot fungi in aquatic system.The effects of nutrient,including temperature,pH value,quantity of oil,fungi quantities and rotation speed on oil-degradation by white-rot fungi were studied in single factor test. |
