| Abstract: | The librarian are the human factor in library managing work,his self-harmony is the basis of the whole work.Against the existing problems,we carry out discussion from psychological harmony,language harmony and behavioral harmony,and point out that self-harmony is the interaction of the above three kinds of harmony. |
