| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作是研究人的思想活动规律、以提高人们认识世界和改造世界的能力为内容的一门科学。企业文化本身是一种企业管理思想、管理文化和管理体制的创新。如何在现代企业制度下将思想政治工作与企业文化有机结合并为企业高效运行提供精神动力和智力支持,是当前企业加强内部管理工作的一项重要课题。
