摘    要:实验研究了气流组织对负压隔离病房排污效率的影响.在病人口部散发SF6示踪气体,通过测量医护人员呼吸区域的污染物浓度,比较了8种气流组织的排污效率,并通过降低换气次数进行了节能研究.研究结果表明:在顶送风的送风方式中,排风口位于病人头顶效果较好;在矢流风口送风方式中,排风口位于病人床侧效果较好,且当换气次数分别降低到8次/h和6次/h时,对医护人员仍有较好的保护效果.

Abstract:The effects of air flow distribution on contaminant removal efficiency in an infectious isolation room are studied. Experiments are conducted on eight air patterns. The contaminant concentration in the breathing area of healthcare worker is researched by tracking the hypothetical contaminant (sulfur hexafluoride, SF6) emitted from the isolation room with different air flow distributions. The energy saved is analyzed by reducing air change rate (ACH). The results show that two air patterns are better than the others. One is the air inlet with local exhaust hood on the top of patient, and the other is the vector-flow inlet with local exhaust hood at the profile of patient. When the air change rate is reduced to 8 times per hour or 6 times per hour, the protection of healthcare worker can still be guaranteed.
