基于反转法的平行双关节坐标测量机的标定

摘    要:针对关节臂坐标测量机的标定问题,提出了一种基于反转法的平行双关节坐标测量机分离标定方法.阐述了反转法的标定思想,并详细描述了利用反转法进行平行度误差标定、臂长误差标定以及零位误差标定的方法.结果表明:该方法操作简单,其精度可以通过在测量范围内测量量块衡量;使用基于反转法的分离标定法的测量机的测量精度比使用基于高斯-牛顿法的综合标定法的测量机的测量精度高3倍.

Abstract:A separated calibration method of coordinate measuring machine with two parallel rotational axes based onthe reversal method was presented in this paper, aiming at the calibration problems of articulated arm coordinatemeasuring machine (AACMM). The reversal method of calibration is explained, and the use of reversal method forparallelism error calibration, arm length error calibration and zero error calibration are described. This method is easyto operate, and its measurement uncertainty can be obtained by measuring gauge blocks within its measurementrange. The experiment proves that the measurement uncertainty of the machine using the separated calibration methodbased on the reversal method is three times higher than that using the integrated calibration method based on theGauss-Newton method
