间甲酚磺酸异构体与分散剂MSF性能

摘    要:以离子交换法分离两种间甲酚磺酸异构体,讨论了它们缩合产物的分散性能。 用薄层层析将间甲酚磺酸甲醛缩合物分成6个主要组分,分子量分布在200~1500 之间。用 CS-910双波长薄层扫描仪测定了一系列缩合物各组分相对百分含量。5 组分以上缩合体占主要部分,含量高于80%,分散性能优良。讨论了间甲酚磺酸甲 醛缩合物组成和性能关系。

Abstract:Two pure isomers of m - cresol sulphonate are separated by ion-extraction. The condensation and application properties of two m -cresol sulphonates are compared. MSF is separated into six components by thin-layer-chromatography. The distribution of molecular weight of MSF is from 200 to 1500. The relative percentage of each component of a serie of MSF is measu- red by the TLC scanner (CS-910 ). The components higher than the compo - nent 5 are the primary part in MSF. Their percentage is 800% higher, the products dispersing property is good. This paper also discusses the relationship between the composition and properties of the m cresol sulphonate - formaldehyde condensates MSF).
