| Abstract: | The Necessity and best conditions to develop hydropower in china are expounded firstly. Then the strategics to comprehensively utilize the water resources of Nujiang, Lanchang and Yarlung Zangbo Rivers and water transfer in West Region of china are discussed. Finally,to set up a new organizition,a unified planning commission,to plane the five great rivers,i. e,the Yellow,the Yangtze,the Lanchang,the Nujiang and the Yarlung Zangbo Rivers, is suggested. |
