摘    要:根据热力学活度理论得出在气体蒸发中合金超细微粒与母材的组份关系对Fe-Si和Fe-Pd两个典型的实验结果进行了分析,理论和实验表明,在一定的加热温度和气体压强下,二元超细微粒与母材的组份关系不但与各元素的饱和蒸气压有关,而且还与母材处于蒸发前的熔体状态时度系数有关,在非等浓度蒸发时,超细微粒的组份还与熔体的偏析性质及蒸发过程有关。

Abstract:TWo typical results of experiment on Fe-Si and Fe-B are analysied by the theory of relation of the chemical composition between alloy ultrafine Particles and parent nsaterial in gas evaporation method which was drawn out with thermodynamics activity theory. It is well explained that forming mechanism of the composition character on ultrafine particles from the expcrimental results.
