大力培养信息化政工人才

人才培养是军队信息化建设的核心内容和重要保证。中央军委胡锦涛主席提出要造就大批高素质新型军事人才，为推动军队建设又好又快发展、履行新世纪新阶段我军历史使命提供智力支持和人才保证。培养高素质新型政工人才已成为我军人才战略工程的重要内容。必须积极发挥院校主渠道作用，注重实践锻炼，大力培养信息化政工人才。
