| 摘 要： | 推进中国军队信息化建设，迫切要求大批高执行力的复合型军事人才。培养军校学员的执行力，就是要求军事院校科学设置目标任务，以不断的成功体验增强学员培养执行力的自信心和主动性。管理者要长抓不懈，以身作则，创造和培养执行文化氛围，努力培养综合素质高、执行力强的军事人才。

| Abstract: | It is urgent to cultivate a large number of military talents with high execution to advance the PLA＇ informationization construction. Thus military academies must set up goals and assignments scientifically to improve cadets＇ confidence and enthusiasm by an experience of success so as to cultivate their execution. It is necessary to make cadets have a sense of no any excuse. The universities should make unremitting efforts, set a good example, and create a favorable atmosphere so as to cultivate many military talents with high execution and comprehensive qualities. |
