摘    要:生产稳定性控制是双相钢汽车板质量与成本控制的关键。对某钢厂冷轧双相钢生产过程中的实际问题进行分析和实践,结果表明,酸轧焊机的后加热参数、激光功率和焊接速度以及连退焊机的合理参数决定了焊缝质量;冷轧机生产时钢种过渡强度差是引起勒辊和断带的主要因素;连退快冷工序冷却负荷分配控制是连退机组生产稳定的关键因素。通过对不同工序的参数进行优化,提高了双相钢生产的稳定性和产品性能均匀性。

Abstract:The control of the production stability is the key for dual-phase steel quality and cost control. The ac-tual problems during producing dual-phase steel are analyzed,the result shows:the quality of welding seam is determined by post heating parameters,laser power of PLTCM welder and reasonable parameters of CAL welder. When cold rolling mill is producing,the transition intensity difference is the main factor for feathering and strip breakage. The cooling load distribution control of CAL rapid cooling is the critical factor for CAL production stability. By optimizing different process parameters,it improves the production stability and prod-uct property uniformity of dual-phase steel.
