| Abstract: | After the Cold War, America becomes a nation having formidable strength. The strategies of hegemonism and safety ideas adopted by America restrict the scale of its military diplomacy and impulse its development. American military diplomacy embodies American values, interests and safety ideas. The military diplomacy serves the needs of pursuing hegemonism, however, it is necessarily constrained by hegemonism at the same time, and is influenced deeply by military changes in the world. |
