摘    要:高校人事管理是高校一切管理工作的基础.在目前高校人事管理偏重制度化管理的情况下要倡导制度化与人性化管理的有机统一,坚持二者的统一必须克服人事管理上的三大误区,做到四个坚持.

Abstract:Personnel administration at universities is the basis of all the administrative work.At present,since personnel administration at universities lays particular stress on the institutionalized administration,it's necessary to advocate the integrity of institutionalization and humanization.To keep the integrity of both,people should avoid three "areas of error" of personnel administration and accomplish four "perseverance".
