| Abstract: | Personnel administration at universities is the basis of all the administrative work.At present,since personnel administration at universities lays particular stress on the institutionalized administration,it's necessary to advocate the integrity of institutionalization and humanization.To keep the integrity of both,people should avoid three "areas of error" of personnel administration and accomplish four "perseverance". |
