| 摘 要： | 组织类型、组织结构约束着企业技术创新能力和创新绩效。层级组织安排、准市场组织安排 (网络组织 )和市场组织安排下企业创新绩效不同。由于组织设计上的缺陷和认识偏差 ,中国企业偏好独立技术开发 ,忽视网络组织在技术创新中的作用。文章剖析了中国企业技术创新中的组织缺陷 ,建议以技术联盟作为中国企业进行技术创新的首选组织类型

| Abstract: | The ability and the effectiveness of the enterprise technological innovation are affected by the typology and structure of the Enterprise. There are different innovational effectiveness among the grand organization,quasi-marketed organization and marketed organization. Because there are defectiveness in design and deviation in recognition, Chinese enterprise like exploit technology single-handed,and disregard the effectiveness of the network organization. Author analyze defectiveness of the Chinese enterprise,suggest the Chinese enterprise should choose technology alliance firstly to innovate new technology. |
