| 摘 要： | 本文针对我国高新技术创新及产业化过程中存在的主要问题———资金严重短缺、融资结构不合理 ,指出将一种高新技术和现代金融相结合的投融资模式———风险投资是解决“资金瓶颈”问题的最佳途径。在阐述风险投资的概念、特点的基础上 ,分别从定性、定量的角度详细论证了风险投资与经济增长的关系 ,为不同地区、规模的风险投资业 (或项目 )进行横向比较提供了一条可资借鉴的思路

| Abstract: | Aiming at the main problems during the process of high-tech innovation and industrialization-the serious funds shortage and the irrational structure of financing,venture capital,as a newly investment and financing pattern with the combination of high-tech and modern finance,is pointed out,which is the best method of solving the fund-bottleneck problems.On the basis of expounding the concept and characteristics of venture capital,the paper expounds the relationship of venture capital and economic growth at length qualitatively and quantitatively respectively,which provides a referential thinking way for venture capital industry(or items)of the different areas and sizes by comparison of landscape orientation. |
