| Abstract: | In our country,the present situation of science field requires imperatively to build scientific schools of our own.Because of its self-organizing characteristics,scientific school owns more advantages than any other scientific organizations.Hence,cultivating scientific schools means great difference to the development of science enterprise of our country. |
