| 摘 要： | 伴随经济全球化和信息技术革命 ,组织网络化已经成为一个引起人们广泛关注的新兴研究领域 ,基于不同学科的理论视角和不同的研究方法 ,人们已经对组织网络化进行了多层次、全方位的系统研究。本文在对国内外有关组织网络化研究的现状进行分析和评述的基础上 ,对未来组织网络化研究的若干走向作出了展望。
