我国作为一个发展中国家由于在技术、经济、文化、教育等诸方面相对于发达国家还存在着比较大的差距 ,所以我国企业的技术创新往往是在引进技术基础上的二次创新。本文力图通过对二次创新的定义、进化过程、进化阶段和动态移动过程的论述 ,帮助企业正确的理解和掌握二次创新的理论 ,以期搞好企业的技术创新工作 ,增强我国企业的国际竞争能力

Technological Innovation Pattern Suitable for Our Enterprises Secondary Innovation

In recent years,more attention has been given to technological innovation by every government. As a developing country,our enterprises' technological innovation is always secondary innovation based upon introduction to technology because there exists comparatively great gaps to developed countries in technology,economy, culture, and education,etc. This paper tends to give elaboration on the definition of secondary innovation,the process of evolution,the stage of evolution and the dynamic mobile process,which helps the enterprises accurately understand and grasp the theory of secondary innovation So as to play an active role in carrying out the techological innovation successfully,strengthening the intemational competition of our enterprises.
