Analysis of Features of Venture Capital Dicision Making

In this paper we present briefly the basic concept of venture capital and general decision making process.The decision making of venture capital are analyzed which can be depicted with some features,such as contractual relationship of decision body,uncertainty of decision case,multi-stage of decision process and decision evaluating index.
