木质生物质常压液化及催化裂解研究

摘    要:以正辛醇为溶剂,在常压下对木粉生物质进行催化液化,液化产物经γ-氧化铝负载的Ru-Co-Mo催化剂进行常压催化裂解,得到生物燃料油。对液化产物及其后的催化裂解产物分析结果表明:常压下的木粉液化率可达90.31%;经过催化裂解后的液化油产率可达69.73%;正辛醇回收率达90%;所得到的液化产物具有很好的可燃性。

Abstract:A new process for the atmospheric pressure liquefaction of biomass followed by catalytic pyrolysis has been developed,using 1-octanol as the solvent for the liquefaction reaction and γ-Al2O3 loaded with Ru-Co-Mo as the catalyst for pyrolysis.The yield of liquefied biomass reached as high as 90.31%,and the yield of organic liquid products was up to 69.73%.The solvent,1-octanol,was conveniently recovered by distillation,and the yield was up to 90%.The resulting organic liquid products are effective as fuel oil,or even as diesel oil.
