摘    要:以聚乙二醇作为树脂支持液相合成了多取代的丙烯酸甲酯类化合物.商品化的聚乙二醇4000与2,2 ,6-三甲基-4-氢-1,3-二英-4-酮反应得到聚乙二醇支持含活化亚甲基化合物,然后与芳醛进行Knoevenagel缩合反应合成多取代的丙烯酸甲酯类化合物,收率和纯度都很高.

Abstract:The liquid-phase synthesis of multisubstituted acrylic acid methyl ester using poly (ethylene glycol) as support is reported. The commercially available resin PEG4000 was treated with 2,2,6-trimethyl-4H-1, 3-dioxin-4-one to get a polymer supported active methylene. Then, the Knoevenagel reaction of soluble polymer-supported active methylene with a series of aromatic aldehydes gave anticipated products in high yields and excellent purities.
