| 摘 要： | 本文分析了常用管接头多向模锻工艺方案,介绍了一种设计新颖的管接头多向模锻装置的工作原理;通过对该装置的力学分析,导出了凹模夹紧力与挤压成形力之间的比例关系式.文中给出了模具的设计方法.

| Abstract: | The multiway die forging process for the pipe unions in common use and the principle of operation of a newly designed equipment for the forging are described. The optimum ratio of the force to be applied on the die to the extrusion force is derived and a design method for the die is given. |
