摘    要:应用高斯光束传输通过光学系统的激光参数变化规律,研究了激光三维内割技术由于透明材料的光学折射特性而引起的误差原因,并得出了该误差的补偿算法,试验证明了该算法的有效性,它可以极大提高激光三维内割技术的加工精度,使得激光三维内割技术可以用于微型制造、考古、零件原型制造等领域。

Abstract:By using the law of laser parameter transformation of Gauss beam passing through the optical system, the error caused by the refraction index of transparent non metal material in the technique of laser 3-D inner cut is researched and the algorithm to correct the error is derived, which helps achieve the desired prototype in the 3 D laser cutting, thus increasing its wider application area of the 3 D laser inner cutting technology.
