Abstract:Taking typical regions in the Tibet plateau’s basin(Covering over Jinsha River,Lancang River,Nujiang River and the Yarlung Zangbo River basins,so called "Four River Basins") as the research object,this paper discusses the basin ecology decision-making evaluation system’s implementations.Based on the establishment of the basin ecological environment quality rating system’s indicator,It realizes the model procedure with software components of java language and by the analytic hierarchy method(AHP),establishes the decision-making evaluation model,studies and realizes the basin ecology decision-making evaluation system.Taking each kind of ecosystem in the basin as the example,the system’s scores prove that evaluation model’s result and the observed phenomenon of scientific expedition in the field are basically unanimous.This provides more accurate decision support for Tibet ecological environmental protection and the use of resources.In the basin,the coniferous forest and the scrub forest ecosystems have an immediate influence on the basin ecological environment quality,and the ecological environment quality of the rivers ecosystem is better than that of the lakes.so the prairie,meadow and dry land ecosystem’s management and protection should be strengthen.
