摘    要:城镇化进程促进城市全面迅速发展,其中户外广告发挥重要作用。为适应城市的发展,更好地发挥户外广告的作用,结合当下文化和户外广告的发展现状,以曲靖中小城市为例,从户外广告的效应与利弊、整顿与规范、城市规划与空间布局、LED技术与城市文化等方面思考城市户外广告的规划设计与发展,探寻户外广告的发展之路。通过户外广告构建和谐的城市生活空间,更好地提升城市形象,服务城市生活,增强城市文化的认同感和归属感。

Abstract:The urbanization promotes the development of the city, in which the outdoor advertisements play an important role. The outdoor advertisements should be designed and developed by taking the effect, advan- tages, disadvantages, the design and space of the city, LED technology and the cultures into consideration so that the outdoor advertisements can be put into full use. Constructing harmonious city through the outdoor advertisements is to improve that impression of the city and serve the life in the city and the identity of the city can be strengthened.
