Ba2YRu1-xCuxO6陶瓷的结构和磁性

摘    要:采用固相反应技术合成了Cu掺杂的Ba2YRu1-xCuxO6(x=0,0.1,0.15)体系.多晶X射线衍射表明3种样品均具有双倍周期的钙钛矿结构,属于立方晶系;计算得出Ba2YRuO6的晶格常数a为0.834 nm,而Cu的掺杂对晶格常数影响很小.基于双倍周期晶胞的多晶衍射理论计算表明,Y离子和Ru离子分别有序占据原子等效位置,且发现(111)衍射峰为有序分布时的特征峰.利用振动样品磁强计(VSM)技术测量了样品的室温磁化曲线,表明样品在室温下呈现典型的顺磁行为.

Abstract:Cu-doped Ba2YRu1-xCuxO6(x=0,0.1,0.15) system with double peroviskite structure has been synthesized by solid-state reaction method.The phase composition and crystal structure of the sample have been investigated by X-ray diffraction.The samples are found to be of a cubic lattice cell with a=0.834 nm(x=0).The change of x makes little difference to a value.And Y and Ru ions occupy the equivalent atomic positions respectively.The Bragg reflection(111) was identified to be a characteristic feature for order distribution of Y and Ru ions.The magnetization curve at room temperature has been measured by Vibrating Sample Magnetometer(VSM) technique.The results indicate that all the sample exhibits the typical paramagnetic behavior.
