农民工就业与社会保障二者之间具有很强的相关性,既相互促进又相互制约。在对农民工就业与社会保障关系不协调的表现及其不协调的原因进行细致透彻分析的基础上,力图从完善三方合作的协调机制、构建农民工社会保障制度、建立规范统一的劳动力市场和用工制度、提高农民工人力资本等方面来构建农民工就业与社会保障协调机制。

There is a close relationship between the employment of migrant workers and the social security,both of which are mutually promoted and constrained.Based on a detailed and thorough analysis of the poor performance between the employment of migrant workers and the social security the migrant workers receive,it attempts to construct a better mechanism between the migrant workers and their social security benefits,by perfecting the coordination mechanisms needed for all the parties involved,and by setting up a standardized and unified labor market and employment system,thus enhancing the human capital of migrant workers.
