| Abstract: | The public environmental facilities reflect the mental outlook of an urban community and are closely related to the life of the inhabitants. Based on the cultivation of the historical and cultural characters, through the recreation of surroundings and the improvement of the existing facilities, we can construct a beautiful environment with unique features, and thus enhance the city's civilization level. |
