| 摘 要： | 微观模拟模型是一种新型的政策分析工具，在西方发达国家的政策分析中取得显成绩。总结微观模拟模型的基本理论，并结合TRIM3、STINMOD、EUROMOD、SPSD／M四个主要模型介绍了微观模拟模型在国外的发展和应用情况。针对我国目前进行的各项改革，特别是医疗卫生领域改革，探讨了微观模型在我国发展和应用前景。

| Abstract: | Microsimulation Model(MSM),as an excellent tool for policy analysis,has made prominent achievements in pol-icy anaiysis in the west developed countries.Based on the MSM's basic theories introduced the development and the applica-tion of MSM overseas by combining four main models of TRIM3,STINMOD,EUROMOD,and SPSD/Ms are discussed.In allu-sion to various reformations proceeding,especially the medical reform, studied the development and the applied prospect ofMSM in our country a are important. |
