| 摘 要： | 农村精神文化是农民在长期的生产生活中所形成的,具有农民个性特点的意识形态,反映了农民的价值观念,是农民的精神灵魂。农村精神文化建设在精神文化消费、基础设施和管理体制方面存在一些问题,为此,应该引导农民形成正确的精神文化消费观,加强基础设施的建设,完善管理机制。

| Abstract: | Rural spiritual culture is farmer＆#39;s personality ideology which is formed in the long-term production and life, and re-flects the values of farmers, and is the soul of their spirit. The rural spiritual and cultural construction still exist some prob-lems in the consumption of spiritual culture, infrastructure and management system. So, we should guide the farmers to form the correct concept of spiritual and cultural consumption, strengthen infrastructure construction, and improve the management mechanism. |
