日本素有"动漫王国"之称,其动漫在世界上的影响力非常大,全球播放的动画节目约有60%是日本制作的。日本动漫的发展逐渐形成了以漫画为基础,以电视动画和相关游戏开发为扩展对象,以电影动画为最高形式的ACG发展模式。河南省动漫产业的发展突飞猛进,但还存在动漫文化氛围不浓、人才缺乏等问题。因此,通过借鉴和思考日本动漫产业的成功经验,我们应从营造积极的动漫文化氛围,立足本土文化,加强内容创新,明确动漫市场定位,降低成本,培育人才及完善动漫产业链等方面着手,提升河南动漫产业的竞争力。
