| 摘 要： | 在职人员学历教育中，经济数学是难点课程，如何提高其教学质量是亟需解决的课题。笔者根据多年的教学实践，发现利用从众心理展开教学，对提高教学质量有比较明显的效果。文章从从众心理视角，分析了其与面授辅导的相关性．并理出了规范形考成绩、完善优学引导、强化心理疏导等有效提高教学质量的措施办法。

| Abstract: | College of extended education, the course Economic Mathematics is a difficult pressing issue to improve the teaching quality. Based on the personal teaching practice, this up that adopting the group psychology is a new approach to improve the teaching quality. It one. It＇s a paper sums analyzes the relevance between the face-to-face teaching and the group psychology and also suggests some measures to ~ improve the teaching quality. |
