摘    要:在职人员学历教育中,经济数学是难点课程,如何提高其教学质量是亟需解决的课题。笔者根据多年的教学实践,发现利用从众心理展开教学,对提高教学质量有比较明显的效果。文章从从众心理视角,分析了其与面授辅导的相关性.并理出了规范形考成绩、完善优学引导、强化心理疏导等有效提高教学质量的措施办法。

Abstract:College of extended education, the course Economic Mathematics is a difficult pressing issue to improve the teaching quality. Based on the personal teaching practice, this up that adopting the group psychology is a new approach to improve the teaching quality. It one. It's a paper sums analyzes the relevance between the face-to-face teaching and the group psychology and also suggests some measures to ~ improve the teaching quality.
