| 摘 要： | 21世纪是人类开发利用海洋的新世纪,海洋地理信息系统(MGIS)是海洋科学研究的重要工具,可以为海洋数据的收集、存储、显示、发布和应用提供技术支持。MGIS应用在海洋资源开发利用、海洋环境监测、海洋管理和海洋信息网上发布查询等方面,大大提高了海洋数据的使用率和人们的工作效率,是"数字海洋"建设重要的组成部分。

| Abstract: | The 21st century is a new century in ocean exploitation and development for mankind.Marine Geography Information System(MGIS)is an important tool in the oceanic scientific research,which can provide technical support in collecting,storing,displaying,publishing and manipulating oceanic data.MGIS has been applied in the exploitation of oceanic resources,monitoring of oceanic environment,oceanic management and management of oceanic information.The applications boost the use of oceanic data and improve the work efficiency.MGIS is an important part of "Digital Ocean". |
