双向贯流泵装置特性数值模拟

摘    要:采用数值仿真技术,对青龙桥河双向贯流泵各工况的装置性能曲线、汽蚀特性、流道水力损失分布、轴功率等参数进行了分析与计算.结果表明:用基于有限体积法的双方程紊流模型对泵装置流场进行数值仿真研究,是可行、有效的;利用数值仿真技术优化泵站型线,可显著地提高装置效率.

Abstract:By use of the numerical simulation technique, some parameters for tubular pumping devices in different operation conditions were calculated and analyzed for the Qinglongqiao pumping station, such as the performance curve, cavitation characteristics, hydraulic loss distribution, and so on. The result shows that the two-equation turbulence model, based on the finite volume method, is feasible and effective for numerical simulation of flow field in tubular pumping devices. The numerical simulation technique for the optimization of the performance curve of pumping stations can help improve the efficiency of pumping devices greatly.
