超细HNS/ANPZO混晶炸药的制备和性能研究

摘    要:为提高超细HNS的能量输出,本文以重结晶法提纯后的HNS为原料,通过溶剂/非溶剂法制备超细HNS/ANPZO混晶炸药,并对其进行了形貌结构表征及性能研究。结果表明,HNS与ANPZO之间形成了分子间氢键,HNS与HMX质量比为67∶33时,起爆电压为1.5 k V,5 kg落锤时,撞击感度为31.40 cm,装药密度为1.615 g/cm~3时,爆速为7 048 m/s,比纯超细HNS爆速提高273 m/s,是一种感度适中,能量输出较高,有应用前景的冲击片雷管装药。

Preparation and Characterization of Superfine HNS/ANPZO Mischcrystal Explosive
Abstract:To improve the energy output of superfine HNS, superfine HNS/ANPZO mischcrystal was prepared through solvent-nonsolvent method using HNS ingredient purified by recrystallization method and its morphology structure and properties were studied. The results showed that intermolecular hydrogen bond formed between HNS and ANPZO molecules. The ignition voltage was 1.5kV when the mass ratio was 67:33. The impact sensitivity of the mischcrystal was 31.40cm under the impact of drop hammer whose mass was 5kg. And its detonation velocity was 7048m/s, which was promoted by 273m/s than pure superfine HNS, when charge density was 1.615g/cm3. The superfine HNS/ANPZO mischcrystal explosive prepared in this paper has a moderate sensitivity and higher energy output, which has application prospect in the charge of slapper detonator.
