摘    要:采用NaHCO_3胁迫处理四倍体白桦苗木,测定其光响应曲线、CO_2响应曲线和叶绿素荧光.结果表明:NaHCO_3胁迫后,四倍体白桦的光饱和点(LSP)、表观量子产量(AQY)、CO2饱和点(CSP)和羧化效率(CE)显著高于二倍体,分别提高19.25%,26.92%,13.14%和92.09%;PSII最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、PSII实际光化学效率(ФPSII)和光化学淬灭(q P)差异显著,较二倍体分别提高7.92%,20.05%和24.63%.由此表明,NaHCO_3胁迫下四倍体白桦的光合作用强于二倍体.

Abstract:To evaluate the impact of intraspecies genome duplication on NaHCO3 stress, a series of Betula platyphylla autotetraploids and diploids were generated from the same family. The light response curve, CO2 response curve and chlorophyll fluorescence of these autotetraploid individuals were compared with those diploid trees. There were significant variations in light saturation point ( LSP ) , apparent quantum yield ( AQY ) , CO2 saturation point (CSP) and carboxylation efficiency (CE) between autotetraploids and diploids after NaHCO3 irrigated. The LSP,AQY,CSP and CE of autotetraploids were 19. 25%,26. 92%,13. 14% and 92. 09% greater than those of diploids,respectively. Chlorophyll fluorescence data revealed autotetraploids were significant higher in PSII maximal photochemical efficiency ( Fv/Fm ) , PSII actual photochemical efficiency (ФPSII ) and photochemical quenching (qP). After NaHCO3 irrigated,Fv/Fm,ФPSII and qP of autotetraploids were 7. 92%, 20. 05% and 24. 63% greater than those of diploids, respectively. These results demonstrate that the photosynthesis of B. platyphylla autotetraploids is more active than that of diploid individuals in NaHCO3 stress.
