原子捕集装置的改进及其在原子吸收中的应用

摘    要:对常规原子捕集装置进行改进,通过在捕集管的上方安装1个拱形不锈钢捕集罩,研制出罩式原子捕集装置,并对捕集罩的位置和尺寸进行最佳化选择.分别采用常规原子吸收法,普通原子捕集法以及罩式原子捕集法对酒中的微量元素Pb进行测定,Pb的特征质量浓度分别为0.643,0.067和0.012 mg/L;检出限分别为0.035 6,0.013 8和0.006 4 mg/L;相对标准偏差分别为2.1%,2.7%,2.2%.罩式原子捕集法测定酒中Pb的回收率为94%~106%.

Abstract:Traditional atom trapping device was improved and applied to the flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).A stainless steel cover was assembled above the Trapping tube.The conditions that affected the absorption signal,such as trap position and size of the cover were studied.For 3 min collection time,three methods such as flame atomic absorption spectrometry,traditional atom trapping device and cover atom trapping technique were used respectively for the determination of lead in the alcoholic drinks and beers samples.The characteristic concentration(gives a derivative absorbance of 0.004 4) and detection limit(3σ) of lead were 0.643,0.067,0.012 mg/L and 0.035 6,0.013 8,0.006 4 mg/L,respectively.Relative standard deviations were 2.1%,2.7%,2.2%.respectively.recovery range was 94%~106%.
