| 摘 要： | 根据高炉衬板的工况条件，选取含Cr为15％的高铬铸铁为基本材质，从最大限度提高冲击韧度为出发点，添加Mo、W．V等辅助合金元素，通过正交试验方法确定最佳加入量，获得高耐磨性高冲击韧度的新材质。

| Abstract: | Based on working condition of furnace liner, high Chromium cast iron as a basical material with 15% Chromium was selected. Adding supplementary alloying element such as Mo, W, V etc. so as to improve impact toughness, determining adding amount of them by test, a new material with high abrasion resistant and high impact toughness was obtained. |
