高速钢离子碳硼共渗层组织与耐磨性的研究

摘    要:用先进测试手段对 M2钢( W6Mo5Gr4V2)离子碳硼共渗后硼的存在形式及其对耐磨性的影响作了系统深入的研究。结果表明,M2 钢经离子碳硼共渗后主要形成 B_2V_3相。它对提高 M2 钢的耐磨性起主要作用。

Abstract:Based on the measurement and analysis of M2 steel (W6Mo5Cr4V2) usingionic probe and X- ray diffractometer, the forms which boron exists in afterC_2H_2-B case hardening and its effect on wear resistance of hardened case weresystematically investigated. It is shown that M2 steel presents mainly B_2V_3phase after such a case hardening and is proved the leading factor in improvingthe wear resistance of M2 steel.
