| 摘 要： | 当今世界是一个开放的世界,人与人之间、地域之间、国家之间的交往日益密切,分工协作的领域更加广泛,这也要求了我们必须要增强自身的表达能力.近年来,随着就业形势的日渐严峻,高职高专院校的大学生表达能力的欠缺日益明显.大学是学生走向社会的最后“演练场”,结合就业需求培养大学生综合表达能力的意义重大.

| Abstract: | The current world is open with increasingly close relations between human beings,areas and nations.Expasion of cooperation in social division of labour demands of strong capacity of self-expression.Recently due to more keen competition in job market,the lack of self-expression of college students is more remarkable.Campus is the last drilling area before they enter into social life.It is of great significance to train their ability of self-expression in line with employment needs. |
