动物生物化学实验教学改革探索——以阜阳师范学院为例

为使动物科学专业学生更好地学习和掌握动物生物化学基础理论和实验方法,从大纲修订、确定研究对象、增添分子生物实验、引入网络和多媒体、成立兴趣小组和完善考核评价体系等几个方面对动物生物化学实验教学进行了改革探索,优化了教学内容,创建了"基础和设计相结合"的实验教学体系,建立一套适合师范院校动物科学专业的教学模式,以期提高动物生物化学实验教学质量,服务于后期动物生产。

Teaching reform of Animal Biochemistry Experimental Course---Taking Fuyang Teachers College as an example

Animal Biochemistry Experimental Course is one of the required courses in animal science specialty. To help students better learn and master the basic theoretical and experimental methods of the course, we explored the reform of teaching methods from the respect of amending Outline, adding molecular biological experiments, using multimedia, establishing interest groups and improving the evaluation system. Then according to the actual situation of our college we created an experimental teach-ing system in which Basis was combined with Design. This research has provided good ideas and teaching methods for Animal Bio-chemistry experiment in teachers college.
