| 摘 要： | 为了探讨舒适护理在胃癌围术期的临床疗效,将2012年1月—2013年3月在本院门诊就诊及住院治疗的82例患者随机分为对照组和实验组各41例,实验组采用舒适护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者的疗效及症状改变情况,舒适护理有效率为90.24%,对照组为73.17%,两组比较具有统计学意义(P0.05),对两组患者治疗后的胃镜征象积分改变情况进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05).结果表明,舒适护理在胃癌围术期的疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Clinical effects of comfortable nursing in the perioperative period of gastric cancer were investigated. 82 cases of patients hospitalized from January 2012 to March 2013 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group （n = 41）, comfortable nursing was applied to experimental group, conventional care to control group, and curative effects of two groups were compared. The effective rate of comfortable nursing was 90.24% and that of control group was 73.17%. The comparison was of statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Curative effects of comfortable nursing in the perioperative period of gastric cancer were apparently positive. |
