甘肃省5岁以下儿童死亡监测结果分析

为了解甘肃省5岁以下儿童死亡变化趋势及主要死亡原因,以寻求干预措施降低5岁以下儿童死亡率,对甘肃省2008—2012年儿童死亡的监测资料进行分析,总结5岁以下儿童死亡率的变化趋势、5岁以下儿童死亡的年龄构成特点及死亡原因.结果表明:全省5岁以下儿童死亡率逐渐呈下降趋势,从2008年的22.78‰降至2012年的16.97‰,下降了58.1%,儿童死亡主要发生在婴儿期;儿童死亡的主要原因为早产或低出生体重、出生窒息、先天性心脏病、意外伤害、肺炎及其他先天异常,2008—2012年全省5岁以下儿童死亡的主要死因虽然没有大的变化,但顺位已有了明显的改变,肺炎造成的死因已经不再位居甘肃省儿童死亡的前三位,而先天性心脏病死因已然跃居第三,且出生缺陷构成的儿童死亡也呈逐年上升态势.应调整工作策略,加强围产期保健管理,加强孕产妇及儿童保健系统管理,加强儿童疾病诊治、产科质量监管和意外伤害的防范,推动先天性心脏病的筛查与早期干预,加强儿童保健系统管理,进一步降低甘肃省5岁以下儿童死亡率.

Analysis of Monitoring Results of Deaths of Children under Age of 5 in Gansu

The main causes rate of them. The provincial of death of children under the age of 5 in monitoring data of child deaths from 2008 Gansu were researched to reduce mortality to 2012 were analyzed to identify the trend of deaths under the age of 5. The mortality rate of children under the age of 5 in Gansu decreased from 22.78‰ in 2008 to 16.97‰ in 2012, with a decrease of 58. 1 %, and deaths occurred mainly in infancy. The major causes of death in the sequence of mortality included premature or low birth weight, birth asphyxia, congenital heart disease, accidental injury,pneumonia,other congenital anoma!ies,etc,and childhood deaths form birth defects showed an increasing trend. Neonatal and infantile Health Care Strategies should be adjusted to further the decrease of mortality rate of children under the age of 5.
