| 摘 要： | 为了提高化妆品生产过程中的均质效率，保证生产安全，运用西门子组态软件WinCC开发了均质生产过程监控系统。系统对上下位机的通信进行组态，具有实时动态显示和操作功能，能够根据工艺流程，对现场设备进行远程操作控制，反映现场设备的运行情况。现场测试表明，系统便于客户使用，可减轻劳动强度，提高生产效率。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the efficiency of homogeneity and to ensure safety in production process, the monitoring system is developed by using Siemens configuration software WinCC, the connection of the upper and lower machine is established. The system has real-time dynamic display and operation function and can remotely control the equipment on the spot and reflect running situation of field equipment, according to the requirements of the production process of homogeneous systems. The system is convenient for customers to use and can reduce the labor intensity and improve production efficiency. |
