| 摘 要： | 锦鸡儿(Caragana sinia)是豆科优良抗旱树种,广泛用于干旱、半干旱区植被恢复与生态建设,其种子硬实现象明显.对C.sinia种子萌发的影响因素进行研究.结果表明:含水量在1.62%,硬实率95%的种子用开水浸烫后可有效破除硬实;锦鸡儿种子萌发的适宜温度为20~35℃,变温不能显著增加萌发率;种子萌发的最低土壤含水量为3%,适宜土壤含水量为6%~12%.

| Abstract: | Caragana sinia ,belonging to Papilionoideae of Leguminosea,is of great value in vegetation restoration and ecological construction in arid or semi-arid areas. Its seed is naturally hard and dormant. Effects of temperatures and soil moisture on germination of caragana sinia seed are thus researched. The resuits indicated that the dormancy of caragana sinia seed which had the water content of 1.62 % and the dormancy rate of over 95% was broken by boiling water. The suitable temperature for germination of caragana sinia seed was 20-35 ℃ ,but variable temperature fails to increase germination. The lowest soil moisture of germination was 3% and the optimum soil moisture was about 6%-12%. |
