摘    要:针对传统叶片设计过程中由理论计算得出的弦长C和扭转角9均沿翼展方向呈离散性分布的问题,采用三次样条插值函数对这两个参数进行拟合,使原本离散分布的风机叶片外形转变为呈连续分布的光滑曲线。通过应用于风机叶片设计实例,对插值前后的翼型参数进行比较,插值前后结果基本一致,说明了三次样条函数应用到叶片设计中的可行性,同时达到了减小叶片应力的目的。

Abstract:For the airfoil parameters obeying a discrete distribution along the spanwise direction in the traditional blade design process, a cubic spline interpolation is taken to fit the correcting chord length and twist angle of the blades cross sections airfoil, and a smooth and continuous blade profile curve is obtained. By the design example of the fan blade, the airfoil parameters are compared before and after interpolation, the analysis shows that the results are basically the same. This result not only confirm the feasibility of cubic spline function applied to the blade design, but also achieve the purpose of reducing the blade stress.
