摘    要:为了提高手机电池极耳和极耳胶尺寸检测的精度和效率,设计了一种基于工业相机、伺服电机和机械手的自动检测系统,并对该系统进行了运动控制系统和检测软件的设计,同时给出了基于视觉原理的极耳和极耳胶尺寸的实用检测方法。根据具体的测试要求完成光学设备选型,利用“VisionPro”视觉开发软件编写电池正负极耳和极耳胶尺寸测量程序。该系统具有自扫描、高精度、稳定性强和非接触等优点,对同类项目的设计有一定的参考价值。实际使用结果表明,系统尺寸测量的精度达到±0.05mm,满足实际应用的需求。

Abstract:In order to improve the precision and efficiency of the dimension detection for cell phone battery pole ear and tab-film, this paper designs an automatic detection system based on the industrial camera, servo motor and manipulator, designs the motion control system and detection software and give a practical detection method based on the basic vision principle for the dimension of pole ear and tab-film. According to the specific test requirements to complete the optical equipment selection, using the machine vision development software VisionPro'to develope the program of the dimension detection for cell phone battery pole ear and pab-film. This system has self-scanning, high accuracy, non-contact, good stability, etc. Therefore, it has certain reference values. The results of the practical application show that the measurement accuracy is within 0.05 mm, which can meet the need of the practical application.
